If you’ve been a fan of Salad and Go for a while, you might have heard some talk about our chicken. Let’s just say it wasn’t everyone’s favorite.
I’ll be the first to admit it. Our chicken wasn’t where it needed to be. You told us that, loud and clear. And as a chef, that’s not something I take lightly. When you care as much as we do about quality, freshness, and flavor, “just okay” isn’t good enough.
So we went back to the kitchen. We tore the recipe apart. We tested. We tasted. We started over (more times than I’d like to admit). And we didn’t stop until we landed on something that finally lived up to what Salad and Go stands for.
The result is something I’m really proud of.
A new slow-roasted, pulled chicken that is juicier, more flavorful, and more satisfying in every bite. It’s chicken that actually makes you crave your salad or your wrap. And yes, there’s more of it now, because the best part shouldn’t be hiding under the lettuce.
This isn’t just a menu update. It’s part of our journey to make every ingredient at Salad and Go something worth craving. Because becoming America’s most loved salad brand starts with getting every single detail right.
